As we've already seen, a staged home will sell faster and for more than a home that isn’t staged. The cost of professional styling is usually around $2000- $5000 depending on the size of your property, but statistically shows a 5-10% higher return on the sale price. We understand their can be many costs leading up to the sale of a property and offer interest free payment terms through HUMM as well as payment plans which can be taken over the duration of the styling period.

A stager will do a walk-through and make recommendations on which existing pieces in the home will be assets and which should be removed, and come up with a list of high, medium and low budget options for re-design. Stagers will bring in some of their own pieces, or rent them.
We can style a range of different properties, from a one bedroom apartment to a multi-level estate. Additionally, we cater to a range of different interior styles from contemporary to classic including ultra modern, coastal luxury and traditionally tailored. We will work on a style best suited to the property, geographical area and target market. We style completely empty properties or can also work with existing furniture.
